Il progetto Italia mira a creare NFT di performance artistiche che documentano il processo di realizzazione di un’opera scultore fondata su un’azione collettiva. La scultura è composta da vasi ceramici provenienti da diverse città italiane distrutti e ricostruiti assieme. Gli NFT sono divisi per due tipologie, immagine statica con audio di 10 sec e video 6/8 minuti che documentano l’azione di distruzione dei singoli oggetti. I suoni della distruzione sono stati acquisiti in una camera anecoica unica al mondo che permette di raccogliere il 99,9 % dei suoni prodotti dalla distruzione. L’insieme delle NFT costituisce l’intero racconto della creazione dell’opera scultorea fisica.
Italy has a longstanding ceramic tradition, which still is the main core of many craftsmen working in Italy throughout the country. The aim of my project is to rethink the “madeinitaly” in a creative and multimedia way. The Italy project aims to create performance NFT art that documents the process of creating a sculptural work based on a collective participation. Different Italian cities were involved into the project, and each city selected the best craftsmen to give light to my sculpture: I destroyed and reconstructed a series of traditional vases. The NFT are divided into two types, static image with 10 sec audio and 6/8 minutes video documenting the action of destruction of the single objects. The sounds of the destruction have been acquired in an anechoic chamber unique in the world that allows to collect 99.9% of the sounds produced by the destruction. The set of NFTs constitutes the entire narrative of the creation of the physical sculptural work.
